Design of the cover, back cover and spine of a publication about the pre-Columbian Olmec culture.
The main illustration is based on the figure of the jaguar god (Nahual) and jade, because of their relevance to the culture.
The different elements, except for the illustration, are aligned in each part around a central axis, creating an attractive and interesting design, with a marked sense of vertical movement when placing the text blocks, leading the view from top to bottom. The illustration is decentralized towards the back cover, where it ends, helping to lead the view towards it without including additional elements. In this case a black background is used, reinforcing the connotations of mystery that surround the jaguar god and in general, the pre-Columbian cultures.
